2024年10月20日至26日，第十七届中国国际儿童电影展在成都、济南双城联合举办，主题为“光影相伴·心向未来”。
From October 20 to 26, 2024, the 17th China International Children's Film Festival was jointly held in Chengdu and Jinan, with the theme of "Light and Shadow Accompanying, Heart to the Future".
10月20日，影展在成都中车·源STAGE分会场开幕，近500名中外嘉宾和电影工作者出席。活动包括产业博览会、未来影视科技体验展、电影主题集市等多个项目。中国关心下一代工作委员会常务副主任胡振民向中国儿童少年电影学会赠送墨宝，鼓励大家共同促进少年儿童健康成长。
On October 20, the film festival opened at the Chengdu CRRC Source STAGE branch venue, with nearly 500 Chinese and foreign guests and film workers attending. The activities include industrial expo, future film and television technology experience exhibition, film theme market and other projects. Hu Zhenmin, executive deputy director of the China National Committee for the Wellbeing of the Next Generation, presented calligraphy to the China Children's Film Association, encouraging everyone to jointly promote the healthy growth of children and teenagers.
10月21日，济南分会场在山东省会大剧院开幕，发布了“新质生产力发展与儿童影视教育”论坛、济南儿童戏剧节等活动，标志着成都和济南的双城联展正式启动。
On October 21, the Jinan branch venue opened at the Shandong Provincial Capital Grand Theater, and released the "New Quality Productivity Development and Children's Film and Television Education" Forum, Jinan Children's Drama Festival and other activities, marking the official launch of the Chengdu and Jinan twin city joint exhibition.
10月26日，影展闭幕式上公布了年度推荐影片，包括9部国际专家推荐的影片和10部小影迷选出的影片。影展还发布了“我爱我的祖国”儿童少年电影短片“金蝴蝶”年度推荐名单，表彰了优秀组织单位，并为中泰证券等单位颁发了贡献奖。
On October 26, the film festival announced the annual recommended films at the closing ceremony, including 9 films recommended by international experts and 10 films selected by young fans. The film festival also released the annual recommended list of "Golden Butterfly" short films for children and teenagers "I Love My Motherland", commended outstanding organizing units, and awarded contribution awards to Zhongtai Securities and other units.
影展邀请了世界各地儿童电影创作机构，展示了20部中国儿童电影和15部来自保加利亚、德国、俄罗斯等国家的影片，内容关注儿童成长与现实生活，反映不同文化背景下儿童的多样发展潜力。展映影片面向6岁以上儿童，鼓励家庭观众和成年人一起观影。除在北京中国电影博物馆和成都、济南的影院放映外，影展还在公园、广场等场所进行公益放映，向社会传达两城的文化成果，并推动儿童友好城市建设。
The film festival invited children's film creation organizations from all over the world, showing 20 Chinese children's films and 15 films from Bulgaria, Germany, Russia and other countries. The content focuses on children's growth and real life, reflecting the diverse development potential of children in different cultural backgrounds. The screening films are for children over 6 years old, and family audiences and adults are encouraged to watch them together. In addition to screenings at the China Film Museum in Beijing and cinemas in Chengdu and Jinan, the film festival also held public screenings in parks, squares and other places to convey the cultural achievements of the two cities to the society and promote the construction of child-friendly cities.
影展期间，主创见面会拉近了创作者与观众的距离。中国儿童电影《我要赢》《千里送鹤》等与观众进行了交流。俄罗斯影片《男孩提米尔》通过线上与观众互动。三小活动（小影迷、小配音、小主持）通过选拔和培训，培养了儿童的影评写作和综合素养，闭幕式上为优秀代表颁发了荣誉证书。
During the film festival, the main creators' meeting brought the creators and the audience closer. Chinese children's films such as Go Beyond and The Great Distance Delivers Crane exchanged with the audience. The Russian film Timir interacted with the audience online. The three small activities (little fans, little dubbing, and little hosting) cultivated children's film review writing and comprehensive literacy through selection and training. Certificates of honor were awarded to outstanding representatives at the closing ceremony.
“我爱我的祖国”短片征集活动面向全国儿童，鼓励孩子们创作赞美祖国、展示家乡美景等主题的短片，最终评选出多部优秀作品。
The "I Love My Motherland" short film collection activity is open to children across the country, encouraging children to create short films with themes such as praising the motherland and showing the beauty of their hometowns, and finally selected a number of excellent works.
济南中影南方影院因打造的少儿观影厅和文化活动获得“金蝴蝶儿童影院”牌匾。影展特别关注特殊儿童教育，印度尼西亚影片《了不起的特加尔》展示了残疾儿童的故事，部分影片也关注特殊儿童的生存状况和坚韧精神。
Jinan China Film South Cinema won the "Golden Butterfly Children's Cinema" plaque for its children's viewing hall and cultural activities. The film festival pays special attention to the education of special children. The Indonesian film Tegar shows the stories of disabled children. Some films also focus on the living conditions and tenacity of special children.
影展还展示了未来影视科技发展成果，举办了关于动漫产业、人工智能与儿童电影创新、儿童电影与安全教育等主题的论坛。通过这些活动，专家和学者探讨了儿童电影产业的新发展方向，并发布了《儿童电影与安全教育倡议书》，倡导通过电影增强儿童的自我保护意识。
The film festival also showcased the future development of film and television technology, and held forums on topics such as the animation industry, artificial intelligence and children's film innovation, and children's films and safety education. Through these activities, experts and scholars explored the new development direction of the children's film industry and issued the Children's Film and Safety Education Initiative, advocating to enhance children's self-protection awareness through movies.
